Privacy
We keep this short because we collect little. This page describes exactly what happens when you use whoa.tools.
Running Whoa Audit
When you submit a URL, our Cloudflare Worker fetches that public page and analyzes the HTML it returns. We store a minimal, de-identified record of the request — the audited domain, the resulting score and timestamp — for up to 120 days, so we can understand demand and improve the tool. We do not store the full page content, and running an audit does not require any personal information.
The audit only reads what the target URL publicly returns. It does not log into anything, submit forms on the target, or access private data.
Requesting a scoping call
If you submit the "book a scoping call" form, we store what you provide — your name/agency, work email, what you audit today, and which page you came from — to respond to your enquiry and manage the engagement. We keep it until it is no longer needed for that purpose or you ask us to delete it.
Analytics
We keep simple aggregate counters (total audits run, total enquiries) in our own storage. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
Processors
The site and tool run on Cloudflare (hosting, edge compute and key-value storage). Cloudflare processes requests on our behalf under its own terms. If you engage us for a paid build, any additional processors are named in the statement of work.
Your choices
- Access, correction or deletion of anything you submitted: email us and we'll action it.
- You can use the free audit without providing any personal data at all.
